Anyone else hearing rumors that CPU may be going away after the first of the year? Have not heard this from an official source and don’t mean to start something if it’s false. Someone in our store overheard managers talking about it. Just curious if there’s any substance to it.
CPU in theory is a good idea, and if stores had been built with CPU in mind so you actually had enough space and so forth, it could be good. But trying to force it into existing CS spaces, not having enough room for staging, it’s just been a failure at any busy stores. I would argue it has caused more frustrations for customers than it has solved.
