Post Body

Hi, I’m a 22(M) in the military and I was diagnosed with PTSD (wow! I’m actually admitting that 😔)from an AAV accident in 2021, it seems like some of my triggers are random like just how people talk or a certain smell but also other times the nightmares of the realistic events with the same emotions are overwhelming so much that sometimes I avoid sleep. I’m really scared that this will be a forever thing. If so how can I explain to people that I’m not okay when I’m having a bad day. It’s really hard for me to reach out.

*Of Note: I’m seeing a psychiatrist and currently on medication.
