I know it’s rough, I know some days are really hard and you don’t feel like getting up. Maybe you didn’t get up; and that’s still okay. I’m proud of you for staying here, for continuing to breathe and live, even with all the circumstances. I know the flashbacks, the nightmares, and all the fear and anxiety can weigh down on you so much, but the fact that you persevere despite the difficulty is absolutely incredible. I’m going through it too and it’s tough, but I just wanted to tell you that I’m proud of you for still being here and for working hard. Please keep going, I love you and I’m always here for you.
