Allow me to explain. I'm 17, and for the past 1 year and a half my ex friend has been telling her whole friend group that I verbally abused her along with a lot of other terrible accusations like sexual abuse, and that their two friends sent me death threats. I'm always constantly thinking about what I should have said to her and what I could have done better, I get extremely angry to the point where I get a headache and whenever I'm reminded or thinking about confronting them I feel incredibly anxious.

Just right now i was in the shower and I was in a constant tangent in my brain and I was getting really intense with it. My face is completely red. I just want this to stop and I think I might suffer from ptsd.
