Post Body

Hello all. I was recently granted medical leave from school due to my ptsd and panic attacks. Now that I am better and can finish my classes, thinking about writing my thesis keeps giving me anxiety and triggering panic attacks. I have been able to keep them at bay, but the symptoms are now showing up in public and at night when I start ruminating.

Does anyone have any tips for overcoming my fear of writing my thesis? I really need to finish these courses and thesis by December and I can't do it if I'm always feeling my ptsd symptoms. Please help.
