Post Body

My dad died 3 years ago in Feb and he died in a traumatic way at home, just wanting to see if anyone else has similar experiences? It's really kicking my arse at the moment, over christmas I turned to alcohol a lot and I think it's just making it worse to be honest, constantly seeing flashbacks of his body on the floor and the sounds of his lifeless body filling with air when I attempted CPR.
