If you are reading this and for any reason you feel you lost your sense of security, I understand and it hurts.

To me, it does not matter what has caused you to lose your sense of security. You are not alone.

After my adult trauma, I caught my neighbor's adult grandson taking pictures of me. His father-in-law was l my last boss.

I fear walking out my front door to check my mail, take out the trash or mow my grass. I hate this feeling and there's nothing I can do about it, until I can move away
