Glitch in avatar items? Halloween Avatars.

So, I was trying to make a public trade post to clear out all my extra avatar items. As I finish putting all my extra and try to post, The error come up. Image link => https://imgur.com/Hp9NN9T
So I tried again. but this time before I posting, I review the trade and saw a bench of Halloween avatar items in the list that I didn't own which I didn't even put in.
I am not really an avatar items collector. So I havn't even seen these halloween items before. I mean, how is that even possible to put the items that i don't own into the trade? Pics below.
So My question is, are these avatar items from this year Halloween bundle or something? I didn't know there was any Halloween Avatar bundle.
