Galaxy S8 Sound Decreasing

Everytime i start the app, or pull it up from being in the background, whatever sound I have playing from my phone gets significantly quieter. For music it goes back to normal volume after the current song changes, but YT red doesn't really have a fix and it'll stay quiter until i exit ptcgo. I only have this issue on S8, not on my macbook or galaxy tab3. Any one else have this problem or know whats causing it?
