Where do i get the Galaxy Foil of these?

So, I been collecting and have most of the cards in XY Series. But I can't find these Galaxy Foil cards anywhere. Are they part of promo or something?

- Tyranitar fac 56/124
- Suicune 30/112

- Raikou brkthr 55/162
- Vivillon brkthr 15/162

Also, I know these 4 are part of Ancient Power box. but i can't seem to find a code anywhere of it.
