What's a good way to trade valuable but "less demand" cards?

I've been trying to trade this Celebi gem XY93 promo for forever- I know it's worth a fair amount, but it seems like no one really wants it. Are there any tips for trading these cards for packs?
Also, what exactly is its value anyway? I've seen the number 50 ROS thrown around, but in the guide it says TBA
