Help? I can't see any tagged booster packs in the trade window

So I discovered I have this issue when trying to trade for someone elses packs. When I went to make the offer, I couldn't see his tagged packs.
I thought nothing of it, figured the guy didn't tag them, and moved on. But then when I went to offer packs to someone else, I noticed I couldn't see my own packs either!
My packs show up in my collection just fine, but for some reason I cant see them in any trade window. And no they are not trade locked. Anyone run into this issue?
