[USA] I want to become a counselor; what would be some good jobs to get with a Bachelor's with relevant work?

Post Body

I'm wanting to find work similar to counseling, in that I can work with individuals and help them in some capacity, ideally in ways where I'm working with the same people over long periods of time. However, I'm not sure what kind of jobs I can get with a Bachelor's that will provide a similar work experience.

Does anyone know of jobs someone can get with their Bachelor's that they can use to later serve as relevant work experience for the therapy/counseling field?
