So it’s been a very long time since I’ve really considered sharing what I’m about to but I really can’t find much else in a way of an outlet.

My whole life I’ve had strange experiences with the paranormal and supernatural, mainly starting when I was 8 when I saw something in my bedroom, up until I was about 15 I had similar experiences but then it got weird.

As far back as I can remember I’ve received weird ideas and messages in my mind, I can tell they are not my own simply by recognising that they didn’t originate in my own brain, jt was only a few years ago when I made this realisation, I attempted to explain it to myself as just brain clutter but I can distinctly tell them apart from my own native thoughts.

This was all but confirmed for me a few years ago when i was sure I was in mental contact with some non human entity.

Are there any explanations for this? Am I just crazy?
