Just wanted to share a bad experience I had to help newcomers know what NOT to do
I live in San Diego, but I grew up in Pennsylvania. During Christmas break I flew back to visit family with my girlfriend. When I went to my dad's house, we spent a few days there, then my dad and I decided we wanted to trip. Previous to this I was on a 2 month tolerance break. He had about 4gs dried that he hasn't touched in 2 years, and we took them (I took about 3gs worth while he took 1.) After they started kicking in, I felt I needed more, so he pulled out a 7g chocolate bar and I hate 2/3rds of it. (I used to eat whole bars, just not all at once lol. Big mistake.). On top of that, I was drinking beer and whiskey like it was water (which I NEVER do on shrooms, very bad idea). Next thing happens, my girlfriend and I go to bed, where things that happen in beds happen, and I can't remember anything that happened like 5 seconds before. It was so scary to me that I couldn't think of what I did the past 10 seconds that I completely psyched out. I was well enough to realize I shot myself into a bad trip so I told my girlfriend to just let me be while I layed on the couch and listened to music (Avenge Sevenfolds newest album is always my go to trip music). Eventually I fell asleep, then woke up with the worst headache and dopamine drop in existence lol.
My points being here are 1. Know your limits, and be aware when your tolerance resets 2.Dont drink a large amount on psychedelics 3. Don't be a idiot
P.S. This was my first and only bad trip. Lesson well learned, but I don't mean to put off anyone from shrooms/othe psychedelics. They're a beautiful thing when used correctly
