I know there are a few characters who are supposed to be misogynist and inconsiderate and whom characters react badly to, so not talking about those. (E.g. Trout or any of the sleazier bad guys)
It's the relentless joking about effeminate men, gay relationships, and shamefulness of being beaten by (or beaten up by) a woman. They show Gus as a straight man comfortable in his "feminine" interests but there's a general acceptance of mockery from all other characters which leaves a bad taste in my mouth. (E.g. tap dancing.) Plus the ways so many of the men talk about women in general! (Carlton and his two moms was a nice exception.)
I know it's a product of its time but for a show that does pretty well on the race front the toxic masculinity/ misogyny makes me really sad.
