Currently wrapping up my yearly (sometimes biyearly) rewatch and am now on the movies. Just wondering if it bothers anyone else that they added the ability for Shawn to look at a large amount of information and pull out only the important bits. I realize it’s a cool skill and helps move the plot along but it seemed off that we never saw this ability in the show.
Example: Psych 1 - He is looking at all of the pics and info hanging on the wall and deduces that Billy is the killer.
Psych 2 - He and Gus are looking at a bunch of papers hung on the wall and he notices all of the references to Vikings Den.
It’s virtually the same scene and uses the same effect.
I haven’t made it to the third movie yet.
Am I crazy or does this bother anyone else?
