Need help repairing PSONE

Hey guys i just bought a PSONE to playe Silent Hill, and it was working fine until i the power light wouldn't turn on. It still caused the tv to flicker, but nothing. I went ahead an opened the console, as i know that's the first step and i checked where the power plugs in, could this be the problem? Should i resolder? If not, what else then? Please help and thank you!
