So I have a PS2 slim and was wondering what you guys would recommend for hooking it up on my flatscreen with good picture quality at least better than regular composite (Red, White, yellow cords)
Looking to be able to play both PS2 and PS1 games.
I bought this hyperkin HDTV adapter from a local video game store a few days ago.
It has really good picture quality, its just inconsistent on when it wants to work. Most of the time when I have it hooked up I get no picture signal, sometime I get audio but nothing shows up on screen. I've only got it to work a handful of times since I bought it I tried to load up a PS1 game, the audio was just as inconsistent, nothing except a few sound effects were playing.
Its driving me bonkers and there doesn't seem to be a fix other than maybe buy a whole another TV
For details I have an older panasonic flatscreen TV that does support component red white and yellow cords
And the reason I didn't ask in the PS2 subreddit is because its really glitchy right now for some reason.
