Like all of you, I got older and swept up in life. Like some of you, I didn't retain my childhood consoles and games. I worked all summer long mowing yards before I was old enough to drive. By the end of the summer, I didn't have enough to buy a PlayStation so my dad spotted the rest and bought me Final Fantasy 7. It has been over 20 years, but I finally physically own it FFVII again and I feel like a kid in a candy shop. This is THE game that got me into reading, movies, art, fantasy, science fiction, and music. I genuinely think I'd be a different person if I'd never played it.
Black label. CIB. A single, insignificant scratch on the first disc while the other two are flawless.
Time to play it again... And then VIII and IX after.
