UPDATE: RC REVENGE WAS THE GAME! Thank you everyone who commented, the game has been found after all this time thanks to a comment! I can't wait to find a copy and play this game again for the first time in roughly 12-15 years!

For years now i've been looking for a game i'm about to describe, Ps1 or Nintendo Gamecube era game. The game was a cartoony racing game aimed at kids with vibrant colours and i believe there was upbeat music with it but don't remember much. I have vague memories of a large interior with blue and purple colours leading to an outside area with a dirt coloured path surrounded by grass ( i believe rendered as just a green surface ). The interior may have been a red and white barn but i could be mixing that up. I remember a later level based in the same area but on a different path I also remember a separate level based on water. I'm starting to believe i may have made this game up in my head as no one i remember playing this with has any recollection of this game.
