Contaminated mushrooms

I have two tubs that look like this. They started out really good and I was able to pick some good mushrooms out along the way but now they’ve completely stopped growing and turned dark and smell kind of bad. But there seems to be some okay looking ones among them. You can see the nice looking ones are growing right next to some gross looking ones. What should I do?
