Questions about rehydration of substrate and agar plates
Post Body

So I finished my first flush of Tidal wave ~1lb pre dehydrator 🥳🥳🥳

So I'm going to rehydrate for my 2nd flush. Do I need to harvest all the little tiny aborts before adding water or will the mycelium absorb it?

Then I've seen multiple people use different methods for hydration; I've seen add an inch or so of water and let it absorb I've also seen add water then let it sit 2 hours for every inch of sub. Then dump the excess water.

As far as agar plates, I took a cutting from the inside of one inside a still air box and put it on the plate and then inside a zip lock bag. Once it's colonized can I store it in the fridge until I need it or will it be good at room temperature?
