When I dehydrate, can I get too dry?
Post Body

I know the goal is to make them “cracker dry” but can they get too dry? Default setting is 120° for 8 hours, and I’m unfamiliar with the consequences of dehydrating for too long.

Thank you so much to everyone who’s chimed in on my questions along the way who have made my journey successful. Love the team here.
