Been thinking of starting my own personal grow sometime this year.
I have some but not a lot of mycology knowledge (an online course on growing gourmet mushrooms indoors).
I'd assume the best substrate for magics would be some kind of wood chips.
I see most people here, after colonisation opt to put the substrate into a kind of flowerbed inside a sealable container. I take it the hanging vertical bags aren't ideal for yield etc?
Anyway I'd just like to know the forum's thought's on which is the most beginner friendly cultivar, any other advice or direction towards advice also greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
