Why does Psilocybin profoundly affect me while LSD does virtually nothing?

I've had some truly transformative and deeply emotional experiences while using psilocybin, but when I try LSD, it seems to have little to no effect on me, both mentally and emotionally.
Is there a reason why one substance could have such a profound impact while the other seems almost inert? Could it be related to the way each substance interacts with the brain, or is it more about individual biochemistry?
Has anyone else had similar experiences? Would love to hear your thoughts and theories on this!
