I ordered a Di Maria away Jersey on October 28th, and first it stalled because they were missing an invoice about the item. Now it is stalled again because they are "waiting on instructions from the shipper." I have tried to start several cases on this issue but no one has reached out to me for over a week. Additionally, I tried to order a Jordan/PSG jersey and it won't take any cards or my paypal. It either says FRAUD no matter what card I use (including the one that worked for the Di Maria Jersey) or outright denies me permission. I'm pretty shocked that the website is such garbage considering you can't really get these kits anywhere else. Has anyone else run into similar problems? Anyone know what I can do to resolve this other than asking for a refund which will probably take months?

UPDATE: The jersey has finally been release from customer service! Checked my email after posting this and they finally let it go. Now I am just wondering what's up with the Jordan collab jersey
