Drake and Raiden lvl 1 confirms

Hello everybody,
Me and my bro play this game weekly. We suck ass but we suck ass in the same amount so its much fun. However, we both struggle to land our lvl 1 specials. Our main matchup is Raiden vs Drake. What would be a way to confirm the lvl 1 specials (aside from Raidens counter). As a bonus: what would be Heihachi’s lvl 1 confirms?
