Buying PSN Banned PS5 from eBay?

Hi,
I was wondering if I can buying PSN banned PS5, cause I feel those won’t get updates but I dunno if you can play disc based games, or fpkg on those (if low firmware)
In PS4 it would allow you to make an offline profile but I am not sure it’s like that on PS5, what if it requires connection to internet to activate
Do you have any other tips to source below 4.03 PS5?
