Updating dead or alive fortune to version 1.19

Obviously for research purposes, 1.16 installs absolutely fine, trying to update to 1.19 it won’t install, I’ve tried several different downloads of the update but I think there all the same from uploader, duplex I think it is. Anyone been able to get this update to install successfully? If so how?
Any help would be appreciated!
