Hello, is there a way to edit the save file of Bloodborne without jailbreaking the console?

I don't have ps and never will, so I don't care about banning (specially since the game is offline by default because of that same reason), and I really only want the basic stuff, get any weapon and armour from the start to make a build, nothing infinite or anything of the sort.

Many time I have wanted to make a build but the weapon is at the last boss or really late in the game and I don't really want to go into NG .

I don't intend on paying 60 bucks for the wizard either, but I have heard that HxD works the same or similar.

I am asking without jailbreaking since I don't really know how to do it, but am willing to test it (there's an old, functioning console laying around I found at a flea market), so if it is needed to jailbreak, or easier, please just point me in the right direction since am rather new to the subject.
