Restoring my lost PKG files? Help.
Post Body

So it finally happened, I turned my ps4 on for the first time in months and after a few games failed to launch, the database got corrupt and my PKGs are lost, so I followed the online guides to use the db_restore script but it will not find my dam PS4 , even though the ftp server is active and I've typed in the ip correctly, it seemingly just ignores the command in powershell and does nothing?? Any help?

I'm using FTP through my exploit host es553 etc whatever the fuck it's called cus the online alfs exploit site tells me the database is corrupt every time I try and launch the FTP server from it and crashes out.

I can FTP to the PS4 using filezilla with my PC and PS4 connected to the exploit host no issue so I'm lost as to why I can't get this stupid code to push across,

Any help here ?

Edit: solved it! For anyone having issues, it seems the esp exploit host doesn't work for this task (or at least I had no luck) I fixed it by using lan on the PS4 and lan on my desktop PC, I created a new admin account (as I have issues with cmd on my PC atm and that's an easier fix than messing in regedit) I used xprojects online exploit host to launch the FTP server with read and write (cus as I stated above, Alf azil or whatever's host fails to launch the FTP server) I than ran CMD and using the usual py fix_db.py insert ip it worked!! All my stuff back including my external HDD, I'm now doing multiple db backups and save game backups for easier fixing in the future.

Thanks for all the help!!
