I had some issues getting to ps3xploit.me today (9.23.22) and went through the following to install HEN.

If you’re trying to install Hybrid Firmware go to this post in PSX Place and to to release files and download HFW 4.89. Then follow everything else in the first half of this video from Blaine Locklair to install the HFW file from usb. Once you do that then go to Coros GitHub and click on mirror of Hen installer from you PSX browser and follow the second half of his video about the steps of the Hen enabler.

Coro is a mod on PSX Place and his mirrors work for HEN installations.
