Hey guys I've been trying to download some games (MGS4,MGSV:GZ and RDR) from pkgi and for some reason it always gave me this error trying to install them at 0-3% so I'd like to know what causes it and how i could fix it

because i downloaded pvz to see if it happens too but it installed without problems so any advice how to fix it? i know it could be my HDD that's failing but I'd like to confirm if it's an error on my ps3 or something or it is on the hdd

Also idk if it has something to do but when i downloaded mgs4 and gz i turned the console a few times so with those games i wouldn't be bothered they didn't install but with rdr i didn't turn it off or something and still gave me the error i even installed a zip with 15k rap files so idk what else could be causing it
