I need help modding my Ps3

So I've got a Super Slim, and I've tried the Ps3 Tool thing and it shows a X on my console. So I tried the tutorial to get HEN and when I try and install the Pup it says "No applicable update data was found." I copied the files from the PS3 folder onto the SD Cards root and it's FAT32 already. What am I doing wrong? I'm running firmware 4.91 and i haven't modded my Ps3 before.
