Stuck in update loop error (8002f14)

So I tried jailbreaking my PS3, I used the MODDED WARFARE’s YouTube tutorial and did everything correctly. I got to the bit where I have to update the system firmware to the one I downloaded from rebug and I get an error code (8002f14) after it got to 97% I tried twice again and on the third time it got to 100% and took me to the error message again. I can’t boot into recovery mode so does anyone know what I should do?
