Please help with nor flash freeze! I’ve been trying for hours!

My ps3 is one of the fat ones. I have checked the model before hand and I know it is a Nor because it is CECHL***

I have installed 4.84 successfully. I have ran the memory dumper exploit successfully but for some reason I don’t get a “dump” file in my usb. I chose to ignore this and move on to the Flash Nor but this process just freezes the console.

I have also tried the Hdd method but when I try to save the image the option of save target or even save image are not available to me.

Please help I don’t know what else to do
