So, I know some games can work with PC mods to some degree such as the Bethesda games like Skyrim and Fallout. Duke Nukem 3D Megaton Edition is built upon EDuke32, and as such can support a limited number of custom modded addons here and there.

So say I wanted to mod Doom 3 BFG or Resident Evil 4 HD with some HD texture mods from PC or custom player models and weapons, can these titles support some of the same mods as on PC? Obviously it would most likely still be limited on what we can do, but just wanted to start customizing my games. I am a pretty proficient PC modder for Battlefield 2 and already released 2 total conversion mods for it working on my 3rd now.

Can GTA and RDR use any custom mods besides simple trainers?

Also, I would like to compile a list in this thread with bulletpoints possibly if we can get a lot of the games posted on here people know are modable for sure with addons from their PC counterparts.
