Help with helder fmcb card combo

Long story short, I ordered the FMCB card MC2SIO card combo. I had a bit of trouble getting games to be seen by OPL. It wasn’t as plug and play as I thought. Between being busy with work and overly eager to play, I believe I took a misstep at some point.
Now every time I load OPL, it takes me directly to the settings menu and won’t allow me the option to leave back to the main OPL screen.
Any chance anyone has an idea how to fix this? All help/advice is greatly appreciated 🙏🏽
