I know you may have seen plenty of of communities that are temporarily hiding there community in order to either do in in respect or to protect their community in order to revolt against reddits API change etc.

We do not know if anyone accesses this sub reddit via 3rd party platforms or apps, however it's unfortunate this is happening and we cannot stop it.

Though some may assume we may follow suit...we unfortunately are not going to hide our sub reddit.

This is because there are plenty of users who uses our sub reddit to ask for help, request games and more and simply would do us more harm then good because if we privatize our sub reddit not only it would significantly halt our growth as a community but would also hurt our new and returning users from getting additional assistance beyond what they may not know how to resolve an issue.

We understand that 3rd party apps allows those with certain disabilities that helps them utilize reddit in a way that reddit currently does not offer.

We personally do not want reddit to shut these important apps down due to their useful API these useful apps heavily rely on to function properly. But with changes comes a time to move forward, we are committed to ensure we bring the classic playstation library to you without you needing a PC.

Either way I wish those communities and 3rd party apps affected best of luck and my best of wishes that they can resolve this issue fast as possible :)
