Madcatz Memory card

So I’ve always only used the official Sony ps2 memory cards, but I found this one at a thrift store for super cheap I decided why not. But upon trying to use it, it shows up as pocket station instead of a memory card? I’m not sure what that is. It also won’t let me save any game data to it. Anyone have an idea what this is or how to use it?
