How can I get rid of this seam?

I wasn't sure how to refer to this issue, but basically it looks like something is happening when the print reaches the point where it transfers to the thin wall at the top. The outer wall is supposed to be flat, it's not a huge issue, but I figured there is something I need to fine tune in my setup.
