Prusa xl 5 tools not turning on.

Bought a brand new prusa xl 5 tools ful assembled. After putting it toghther. Try to turn it on. It dosnt turn on. I can see a light on the on/off switch for 1 second but power dosnt go further. Don't know what to do. Contacted pursa support they didn't replied yet. Anyone has same issue? Also based in USA.
