Support/Print Settings For Models 28mm.

Anyone have any semi- cookie cutter settings they would mind sharing? Just ran a .15mm Quality layer at 10% infill and organic supports from base plate only and man, trying to peel the supports off broke the model. I didn’t alter anything beyond that, does anyone have tricks for infill pattern or %, or speed or anything they’ve learned to make tabletop models easier to produce? Thank you. I forgot to take a picture before I broke it. :(
