Problem when loading filament mk3s

Hi there,
Since last week I get something weird when loading new filament and I donât know whatâs causing it.
The procedure is:
Put new filament in -> it questions if color is extruding correctly. Sometimes is that a no sometimes a yes, for now we go with yes.
When I push yes it normally stops. Now it tries to push filament but the gears are not turning since they âblockedâ or at least that is what I think because of the sound.
What could this be?
