Is there a way to self identify progress on these pills? Or Ssris In general?
Post Body

When I was on Zoloft I came to the conclusion that I track my good mental health days and my bad mental health days while on Zoloft. Started at 25mg had good then bad days so I went up to 50mg, had longer good days but bad days came back so I went up to 75mg, then I only had good days and days where I felt content with myself :) so I stayed on that dose for months. Eventually I came off cuz I felt good but I then wanted to give prozac a shot to boost my ā€œenergyā€ since itā€™s the most ā€œactivating ssriā€, 10mg for one month and now Iā€™m on 20mg for 2 months. And I think Iā€™m crashing :/

Occasional muscle twitching and irritability is higher than it was on Zoloft. Any more advice??
