I was on 40mg for ocd which it worked, but i felt a bit numb and it messed with my ability to orgasm. I talked to my dr and we lowered it to 30mg the side effects are a lot less within those 10mgs. My sex life is better I noticed I laugh more I feel alive, but now I notice i'm starting to feel a little depressed again and my intrusive thoughts seem heavier. Not sure whether to wait it out or go back to 40mg, its been about a week since the dose change.
