Hey guys. Day 26. Started out as a hard day today, one of the downs. And then I forced myself out for a run and I feel so much better.
Mental issues have a way of telling us we’re too ill to exercise, but I seriously don’t think Prozac would be working as well for me as it has if i haven’t been consistently telling my mind to fuck off by tiring my body out.
Sweat, get your heart rate up (especially if that’s been scaring you) and remember you’re not weak. Good vibes to you guys and wishing you a peaceful evening with a great sleep. ❤️
