Hi, I started taking Prozac 10mg last Thursday (9th) before bed. I have pretty bad IBS and it started to flare up on Monday after being under control for months. I continued taking it until Tuesday night and on Wednesday morning I had very watery diarrhea and a huuuge panic attack that lasted for at least 2 or 3 hours. I don't want to take this anymore so I didn't take it after that episode. Yesterday I also had a panic attack after waking up that lasted almost as long. And again today I had another bout of loose stools and a minor panic attack afterwards.

I only took this for 6 nights and it was only 10mg. I've never been on SSRIs so am I going to be okay? I would rather not deal with these side effects so please tell me I'm going to be fine and not spiral further into discontinuation or withdrawal after only 6 days at 10mg. I'm literally having panic attacks about both stopping and continuing and the only way I feel like I can break loose is to know it's not going to hurt me to just stop now.
