Anybody notice an almost instant improvement once they started?

I was put on 20mg Prozac about a week ago ans I’ve already started seeing a massive improvement in my mood from about day 2. I’ve been sceptical about meds for a long time but recently had what I can only describe as a nervous breakdown and had to be put on meds. So far I feel like my old self.
